SMC Builders Ltd is managed and directed by Sean Mc Callion.

Trained as a quantity surveyor, Sean graduated from the University of Ulster in 1988 with a degree in Building Engineering and Management.

Moving to England, Sean worked as a senior engineer on various multi million pound projects. He returned to Northern Ireland in 1992 and after 2 years of sub contracting through some of Irelands most prolific contracting firms, SMC Builders was established as its own Entity.

SMV Builders became a Limited Company in 2003

Our core workforce is made up of experienced tradesman and are all employed directly. We maintain a core pool of trusted sub contractors with a long standing relationship which we avail of for more specialist work.
